Javier is a skilled Food Engineer with experience as a Production Manager for a craft brewery, as well as sales expertise in the food packaging industry. Recently, he worked at DVA Mexicana, a prominent ingredient wholesale and distribution company, in which he created substantial growth for the business and successfully developed the market at the north region of Mexico - earning him the Sales Person Of The Year Award in 2021.
In addition to acquiring a bachelor's degree in Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey & with a full sports scholarship, Javier played for the Mexican National Baseball Team and later had the opportunity to play professional baseball for the Atlanta Braves minor league team as well as a professional Mexican team for three years.
